Description

Smoked Diced Pancetta is one of those kitchen staples that earns its place very quickly. Made from Yorkshire pork belly, then home cured, home smoked and air dried, it has a deep savoury character and just enough smokiness to lift a dish without taking it over. Because it comes ready diced, it goes straight from pack to pan, making it an easy way to build flavour at the start of a pasta sauce, add crisp richness to roast potatoes, or bring more character to greens, beans and slow-cooked dishes. Properly useful, deeply savoury, and always good to have on hand.
