Don’t underestimate the size of these ribs. At over 3kg, they are basically a pork belly with the skin taken off.

Our St Louis ribs are styled on American BBQ ribs. We take a rare breed pork belly, remove the skin and square of the ribs. This leaves a full rack of pork ribs with a layer of meat and a layer of fat that will render and baste during a long slow cook. The cut is not identical to the famous St Louis BBQ cut as butchery differs between the UK and the US, but this is our take on it.

We deliver on a next day service throughout the UK mainland (please see below for restrictions). Your order is shipped in an insulated box.
Our delivery service allows you to pick a delivery date in advance when you reach the checkout. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday.
We use a courier service. They will notify you on the morning of delivery with an estimated time for delivery.
