Two recent orders of trad sirloin and rib eye both full of flavour and tender as! As an experiment, I purchased another sirloin from a recognised premium local butcher today and compared. Perhaps with the delivery charge GIM works out a little more expensive, but I’m more than happy to pay…there was no comparison.
As a repeat purchaser, I also recommend the Old Fashioned Smoked streaky bacon, thick cut and rind on, it really is old fashioned. Would prefer a heavier smoke if I had to be critical.

Bought a large lamb shoulder from here for a family event and slow cooked on the BBQ for 7 hours at 125 deg. I had expected to have a decent amount left but everyone liked it so much it.
The shoulder was the nicest pieces I’ve seen, and according to my wife the best and favourite thing to come off the BBQ.
I’d never bought from here before, but will be buying again with no question.
